Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For an item to be eligible for a return,

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt issued at the time of purchase
  • The item must be standard stock items (that is, items which have not been custom made, or ordered for special purpose)


Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

Non-returnable items: 

  • Sale Items 
  • Perishable Items 
  • Hazardous Materials 
  • Gift cards 
  • Downloadable software products 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Products that have been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

To complete your return, please email us at [email protected] with the reason for your return. We will provide you with address to post your return to. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Costs on Returned Items

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty Policy

You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where:

  • Product is faulty
  • Product has been wrongly described
  • Product is different to the product purchased on the website
  • Product doesn’t do what it is supposed to do

Products all have different warranty durations depending on their manufacturer.


Most product warranties cover faults in components and workmanship of the product itself when used under normal conditions and do not cover:

  • Faulty installation
  • Damage caused by other faulty parts
  • Installation of incorrect part
  • Failure due to accident or collision
  • Misuse or modification of product
  • Environmental conditions including natural disasters
  • Over voltage
  • Accidental damage
  • Excessive heat damage
  • Freight charges
  • Cost of labour for removal and/or replacement of product
  • Product damage from exposure to chemicals
  • Parts under manufacturer’s recall for a related problem
  • Normal wear and tear

Part-Specific Requirements 

Certain parts must meet specific installation requirements. Failure to provide proof that these requirements have been met will void your warranty.

  • Auto Lamps. The installer must check that all parts are included and are not damaged before installation, once fitted, M & J Auto Solutions is not responsible for damaged incurred after installation. 
  • Fog Light Kits. The fog light kit should be installed properly by a professional auto electrician. Damages incurred to vehicle electrical system due to unprofessional installation is not covered by M&J Auto Solutions warranty policy.

Warranty Claim

M & J Auto Solutions can assist with all warranty matters for online & in-store purchases. Please contact us at [email protected] for warranty assistance. Your online order confirmation or tax invoice is required to validate your proof of purchase for warranty coverage.

You must be the original purchaser of the part and still own the vehicle on which it was installed. This warranty is not transferrable. Replacement parts are warranted for the remainder of the warranty period on the original part.
